The Challenge

Kamal's shop of seven staff spent around four hours every Monday producing a weekly sales and stock summary for his supplier and family partners. The information was spread across three different places — a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group, and a manual notebook — and pulling it together was slow and error-prone.

What We Did

After the Discovery Conversation confirmed the problem, we moved into the Process Companion. Over four weeks, we configured a simple AI-assisted summary tool that pulled from the spreadsheet and produced a consistent format in plain language. Staff were part of every session, and one of Kamal's assistants took ownership of the final output process.

The Outcome

The Monday summary now takes around 45 minutes. The staff member who was most resistant to the change now runs it independently. Kamal reports no errors in the last two months. The format was adjusted once, in week three, after his supplier mentioned a preference — that took about twenty minutes.

The Challenge

What We Did
